1.1 Fair, Non-Discriminatory, Transparent Approach:
The nursery implements a fair, non-discriminatory, and transparent admission process. We do not deny admission to any child unless the nursery has reached full enrollment. This process includes the following:
a) Open Approach: The nursery adopts an open approach to accepting all children, regardless of nationality, ability, religion, etc., to promote fairness and equality. This aligns with the Federal Decree Law No. (3) of 2016 concerning Child Rights (Wadeema), the Federal Decree Law No. (29) of 2006 concerning the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the Federal Decree Law No. (51) of 2022 regulating nurseries.
b) Support for Special Needs: We uphold the principles of the Federal Decree Law No. (29) of 2006 ensuring that children with additional learning needs are not denied a place, as long as we have the capacity to accommodate them in the appropriate age group.
c) Vaccination Requirements: Admission is not withheld from children who do not have vaccination records at the time of enrollment. However, parents are required to provide the necessary records within the first year of enrollment. In the case of refusal to vaccinate, the matter will be referred to ADEK and the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DOH).
1.2 Admission of Children with Additional Learning Needs:
All applicants with identified additional learning needs will be referred to the Early Education Director / Nursery principal to assess how best to accommodate the child’s needs. If the nursery cannot accommodate the child, notification will be sent to ADEK, and necessary documentation will be provided. The guidelines of ADEK regarding inclusion will be followed.
1.3 Student Capacity
The nursery complies with the space requirements set out by ADEK to ensure a safe learning environment for all children.
1.4 Flexible Attendance Choices
The nursery offers flexible full-time and part-time attendance options, subject to availability. These options are communicated on the registration form and official website.

b) Official documents: Complete admission form, copies of Emirates ID, valid passport, visa for the child and parents, child’s birth certificate, completed medical form, copy of ADDC bill and passport-sized photographs.
c) Signed Terms and Conditions: A signed copy of the nursery’s terms and conditions.
d) Health documents: Completed and signed health forms, including the child’s immunization records.
2.2 Additional Requirements:
For children with additional learning needs, parents must provide any relevant documentation, such as assessments, individual education plans, or other necessary provisions.

authorized staff. All records will be disposed of safely when a child leaves the nursery, ensuring confidentiality in compliance with Federal Law No. (45) of 2021 regarding the protection of personal data.
