Pickup Policy
Dear Parents and Guardians,
To ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care, we would like to remind you of our pickup policy. This policy is designed to safeguard your child and maintain a secure environment at our nursery.
Authorised Persons:
Only individuals listed on your child’s authorised pickup list may collect your child from the nursery. If someone not listed needs to pick up your child, please inform us in advance and provide us with a copy of their ID for verification.
No Persons Under 18
For the safety of the children, we do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to pick up a child from the nursery. Please ensure that only responsible adults are designated as authorised persons for pickup.
Verification Process:
When a delegated person arrives for pickup, our staff will verify their identity by matching it with the provided ID. This measure helps us confirm the identity of the authorised person and maintain a secure environment for all children.
